It is mainly suitable for concrete spraying in small and medium-section tunnels. It can realize different movement combinations of the boom and the nozzle through remote control, replace the manual holding of the nozzle, reduce the labor intensity of the operation, improve work efficiency and spraying quality, and comply with the national industrial policy of developing coal mine operations towards automation and intelligence. It can also be used for concrete support operations such as highways, railway tunnels, water conservancy, and urban construction.

2. Pneumatic Grouting Pump for Mining

The pneumatic grouting pump is a double-cylinder double-liquid grouting pump. The suction and discharge actions of the two slurry cylinders are completely synchronized, which can achieve accurate 1:1 ratio grouting of two-component grouting raw materials and ensure the solidification time and final setting strength after the two components are mixed. It is suitable for both two-component grouting and ordinary grouting. It uses compressed air as power, does not require power supply, is intrinsically safe, and is especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as high water spray and high gas.

It is mainly used for grouting and consolidation of broken rock layers, water blocking, filling gaps and other engineering construction, and eliminating underground hidden dangers in flood control and rescue. 4. Large volume concrete spraying machine

Aiming at the problem of rapid conveying of sand and gravel during tunnel filling or shotcrete spraying, the company has recently developed a large-volume concrete spraying machine. It adopts the working principle of a rotor spraying machine, has the characteristics of large production capacity, high degree of automation, and effectively shortens the working time of operators. Operators can quickly get started, consume less wearing parts, and have low cost of use.

5. Special spray machine for spraying

This equipment is suitable for narrow tunnel equipment and places with difficult material transportation in coal mines. It can also be used for thin spraying of refractory materials and other new thin spraying materials in drying channels of cement plants, copper smelting plants and other factories. According to the working environment and requirements, pneumatic or electric drive can be selected. It is small in size, light in weight, easy to move, can reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve work efficiency, reduce dust in the workplace, and protect the physical and mental health of workers. 7. Gas pipeline water seal fire retardant and explosion relief device

The gas pipeline water seal fire retardant and explosion relief device is used in the pipeline of coal mine gas extraction system. It is a pipeline gas transportation safety guarantee device that uses water seal flame retardant and explosion relief components to release explosion pressure, prevent explosion waves or combustion flames from spreading to the air intake end pipeline, and control pipeline gas explosions within a certain range.
