Product Overview

KCPZ dust removal shotcrete machine has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. Compared with traditional shotcrete machines, it reduces dust by more than 90%, reduces environmental pollution, and fully protects the physical and mental health of construction workers. It is widely used in refractory materials and concrete spraying construction operations in tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground projects, coal mines and other projects.

The host consists of three parts:

1. Shotcrete host: It consists of a driving device, a rotor assembly, a gas circuit system, and a spraying system.
2. Dust removal system: It mainly consists of a protective cover, a dial device (in the protective cover, not shown), an overflow air assembly, an underflow air assembly, a dust suction pipe, a dust collecting chamber, a dust collector, etc. The overflow air port, underflow air port, rotor body leakage, hopper backflow, etc. that cause dust emission when the jet machine is working are guided to the air inlet channel of the dust removal device, and are filtered and discharged outward to avoid environmental pollution caused by direct discharge.
