PYS7IL-J Full hydraulic concrete spraying machine is a new type of concrete spraying equipment for tunnel and mining that uses hydraulic system to realize self-movement, concrete spraying and automatically reduce spraying dust emissions.

Features

High degree of automation, walking, spraying, dust removal and automatic turning of the hopper base are realized by a set of hydraulic system, which is easy to operate nearby.

The whole set of equipment has only one motor, which greatly shortens the wiring and auxiliary time of the motor before and after the spraying operation.

The friction plate is automatically pressed hydraulically.

The friction plate and rotating liner are automatically lubricated.

The hopper seat is automatically turned over, reducing the labor intensity of maintenance workers.

Accelerating agent vibration feeding, micro adjustment, to ensure accurate addition and reduce operating personnel.

Injecting the main engine's exhaust dust and the rotor friction plate leakage dust negative pressure into a special dust removal device, new filter material filtering, more than 90% dust reduction compared with traditional jets, reducing environmental pollution, and protecting the physical and mental health of the operators.

According to the on-site wind pressure and air volume, the spray volume is steplessly adjusted; the key components are optimized and designed to achieve long-distance spraying operations.

The hydraulically driven crawler chassis travels automatically, which is convenient and fast to move.
